Areas of need include, may not be limited to, mediated and mass communication, small group communication, health communication, organizational communication, nonverbal communication, and persuasion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching in-person or online courses in the Department of Communication Studies' undergraduate and graduate programs.
Applications will be accepted throughout the year and will be considered as openings arise. Salary is established on a per-course basis.
These positions require a master's or doctoral degree in Communication Studies or a closely related discipline, along with evidence of effective teaching at the undergraduate or graduate level. Generally, individuals with a doctoral degree are eligible to teach graduate or undergraduate courses; individuals with a master's degree are eligible to teach undergraduate courses. Applicants should have experience teaching large lectures courses or online courses.
