Utilities Manager/Construction Manager

Position: Construction Lead – Equipment ManagerLocation: Lebanon, INSchedule: ~55 hrs./weekFull timeOn-siteYour background in large-scale equipment installation / construction execution / pharmaceutical capital projects appears highly relevant.This role will:Lead construction execution oversight for large process and clean utility equipmentOversee installation through mechanical completion and turnoverSupport FAT / SAT execution and vendor coordinationConduct daily field walkdowns and resolve execution bottlenecksCoordinate contractor and vendor progress across project sequencingProvide forecasting, readiness updates, and executive-level reportingEnsure installations meet GMP and project requirementsPreferred equipment experience includes:Glass-lined reactorsCondensersDryersFiltration systemsClean generation / utility systemsLarge process equipment packagesRequirements:20+ years construction leadership experiencePharma / biotech / life sciences project backgroundMega-project experience strongly preferredConstruction Manager / Senior Superintendent / Owner’s Rep experienceTurnover / commissioning readiness expertiseExecutive communication capability
