Get Paid to Workout! Your compensation includes a membership worth up to $200!If you love interacting with people and have great sales skills we are looking for you! You'll be part of a team responsible for filling our classes with new members! Flexible hours; afternoon/evenings and weekend morning availability required.* You are required and paid to participate in 1 OTF class per week (and encouraged to take as many other classes as you'd like) as well as attend monthly staff meetings.*Examples of daily responsibilities may include:Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledgePresenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as "intros"Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasksGiving studio toursSelling memberships to help the studio thriveFollowing up on prospective clientsHandling members' concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolutionParticipating in marketing and outreach eventsEnsuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organizedYou should be:OutgoingConfidentMotivatedEagerPositiveA problem solverTools you'll be using...if you know them already, great!
