You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that takes pride in doing solid, reliable work.We offer a structured in-house training program, so you’ll gain the skills, tools, and real-world experience needed to grow into a BIM Modeler role—no extensive experience required.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain Revit models used for real construction projectsSupport modeling of mechanical, electrical, lighting, or low-voltage systemsWork alongside engineers and project managers on active projectsAssist with coordination across disciplines and help resolve design conflictsIdentify clashes and contribute to practical, buildable solutionsSupport project documentation using tools like BluebeamGain exposure to building systems, codes, and real-world project workflowsWhat You BringExposure to Revit, AutoCAD, or Bluebeam (a plus, not required)Interest in building systems (mechanical, electrical, lighting, or low-voltage)Strong attention to detail and organizationWillingness to learn, take feedback, and grow quicklyA collaborative mindset and clear communicationInterest in building a long-term career in BIM or designWhy Lynk EngineersYou won’t be stuck doing busywork here.
