Lead InspectorAre you a meticulous Quality Inspector with experience in a manufacturing environment? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Cheshire, CTWork 4 Days Every Week!Quality Inspector Pay: $28/hour DOEQuality Inspector Hours: Mon - Fri, 7- 3:30 PM (flexible hours from 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Mon - Thurs. With Friday overtimeKey Responsibilities:Perform thorough quality inspections in an oily production environment, including drawing and cleaning samples from CNC machines.Utilize mechanical gauging and comparators proficiently.Conduct the first article and set up inspections with precision.Interpret mechanical drawings accurately.Maintain meticulous attention to detail, particularly with documentation.Track internal and external calibration using GageTrak.Collaborate effectively with all disciplines within the manufacturing environment.Qualifications:5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in a machining or screw machine environment.Proficiency in Geometric Tolerancing is a must.Experience with CMM and/or optical equipment (PC-DMIS) is a plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a plus.If you are a detail-oriented Quality Inspector looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply!
