Job Description: As a Line Cook you will play a crucial role in executing our menu with precision and creativity. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a passion for cooking are essential qualities for success in this role. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards set by the Executive Chef. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstation. Adhere to proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times. Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate timing of dishes during service. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed. Contribute ideas for menu development and specials, incorporating seasonal ingredients. Uphold a positive and professional attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen. Requirements: Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume, upscale restaurant setting. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Food Handler's Certification Team player with excellent communication skills.
