Assists students in understanding course material, completing assignments, and preparing for exams while reinforcing key concepts introduced in the classroom. Experience tutoring individuals or small groups of students to help improve academic performance. Assist students with study skills, note-taking skills, and test-taking strategies. Provide coaching, encouragement and motivation; help to build confidence in students; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and patient manner.
