Move with us for a better world!Your RoleWe are looking for an energetic and results-driven Inside Sales professional to boost our sales by delivering a premium, personalized remote shopping experience through phone, chat, email, and digital tools. In this inside sales role, you will be the first point of contact for our B2C clients, helping them choose the best wellness solutions based on their goals. You’ll guide customers through the purchase journey, respond to inquiries, follow up on marketing leads, and contribute to building strong, long-term relationships. You will also play a key role in supporting our omnichannel strategy by managing CRM data, gathering market feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction from first contact to product delivery.This position will primarily support our Luxury Home segment, and works onsite at our Jersey City offices.Your ImpactAchieve direct and indirect sales targets for the different lines of business, including Digital SolutionsManage inbound interactions (calls, chat, emai) with attention and speed, offering tailored solutionsManage outbound activities on customer base and prospects across all lines of business, and engage new contacts in Commercial segmentsBuild long-term relationships with customers through value-oriented proposalsProvide high-quality online assistance, guiding customers to the best product/serviceHandle daily back-office tasks (e.g., quotations, task updates, appointment creations across sales channels)Maintain accurate and complete data in the CRM systemProvide market feedback to improve offerings, process, and servicesSupport marketing campaigns and initiativesOversee the process from order to delivery and installation, checking satisfaction and upselling additional products or services where applicableAbout YouWhat you should bring:Proven experience in phone sales techniquesExperience in Luxury Sales and/or Customer Service environments for specialized salesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an understanding of consumer purchasing habits, often influenced by emotional drivers and requiring seamless decision-makingLong-term customer relationship approachFamiliarity with digital tools and CRM systemsExcellent written, oral & listening skillsProactive, enthusiastic, and with a problem-solving mindsetBachelor’s Degree preferred but not requiredKnowledge of Salesforce is a plusPassion for fitness/wellness Ability to work on-site 5x/week at our Jersey City offices What We OfferBase Salary $65,000 - $70,000 commensurate with experienceAdditional Compensation via bonus/commission opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance - effective first day of employment 401k with company match - effective first day of employmentPTO - vacation, sick, and holidayOn-site gym for employee use Technogym is an Equal Opportunities EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
