This role is hands-on, analytical, and project-driven. You will apply engineering principles to improve manufacturing processes, equipment performance, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.If you enjoy diagnosing problems, implementing practical solutions, and seeing your work directly impact operations, this role is for you.*NOTE ~ this is a hands on, on site engineering role based at our facility in Cincinnati, Ohio.What You Will DoEvaluate current manufacturing equipment and processes. Recommend and implement improvements that increase efficiency, quality, reliability, and cost effectiveness.Troubleshoot and resolve process and equipment issues on the production floor.Develop and implement improvement methods and controls focused on safety, quality, and operational efficiency.Lead and support engineering and process improvement projects from concept through execution.Develop project plans, present recommendations, track progress, and report results.Demonstrate strong expertise in Continuous Improvement.Read, interpret, and apply blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and technical reports.Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership to support manufacturing goals.Take ownership of results and follow through on commitments.What You BringBachelor's degree with an Engineering certificate required.2 to 6 years of manufacturing engineering experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Solid hands-on experience applying engineering concepts and principles in a production environment.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Outlook.Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Clear and confident communication skills. Comfortable presenting to leadership and collaborating across teams.High integrity. Safety equipment such as hearing protection, safety shoes, and eye protection is required in production areas. Exposure includes airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, elevated noise levels, and varying temperatures in manufacturing areas.Physical RequirementsRegularly required to stand, walk, bend, twist, and move around production equipment.Frequent use of hands and arms for typing, handling tools, and equipment interaction.Occasional lifting up to 30 pounds.Ability to communicate clearly in both office and manufacturing settings.Our Expectations
