This project will focus on improving attribution accuracy by redesigning phone number labeling, account structure, and reporting taxonomy.CONTRACT 3-6 MONTHSONSITE 5 DAYS/WEEK in ESSEX COUNTY NJKey ResponsibilitiesAudit existing call tracking setup (phone numbers, labels, account structure)Partner with marketing and analytics teams to identify gaps and attribution needsDesign and implement a scalable naming convention and taxonomyStandardize account structure to support clean, consistent reportingApply updates across all tracking numbers and validate downstream reporting accuracyDocument frameworks, governance guidelines, and best practicesQualifications3+ years experience with call tracking platforms (e.g., CallRail, Invoca, DialogTech)Strong background in marketing attribution and taxonomy design (UTMs, campaign tracking)Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing (paid, organic, offline)Proven ability to bring structure to complex or inconsistent data environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsDetail-oriented with strong documentation capabilitiesNice to HaveExperience with multi-location or service-based businessesFamiliarity with contact center platforms (e.g., Five9)Experience integrating data into BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)*CONTRACT (3-6 Months) / 5 Days/Week ONSITE*The hourly rate for this position is W2 $22--32/hr DOE.
