Role Description We are seeking a part-time Supervisor to be based on-site at our Southlake, TX location. The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day store operations, including leading and motivating team members, managing inventory, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining store standards, supporting visual merchandising efforts, and collaborating with leadership to meet sales goals and operational objectives. Qualifications Leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a small team effectivelyCustomer service and communication skills, with a focus on creating engaging customer experiencesOrganizational and problem-solving abilities, including managing inventory and ensuring an efficient workflowAdaptability and a results-driven mindset to achieve sales and operational goalsExperience in retail or a similar supervisory role is preferredUnderstanding of trends in sportswear and active-wear is a plusAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
