A company is looking for a Diabetes Utilization Management Customer Service Representative. Key ResponsibilitiesReview and process requests for diabetes-related therapies and ensure documentation accuracy Submit and track prior authorization requests with insurance providers, resolving any denials Perform quality reviews and audits to ensure compliance with payer guidelines and internal standardsRequired QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of DME experience and/or 2 years of Utilization Management experience required High school diploma or GED required Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; skills testing is required Ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proven customer service skills for internal and external customers
