Universal Agents support a wide range of branch operations, from teller services to account opening and consumer lending support, ensuring members receive consistent, high-quality service at every interaction.The Ideal CandidateMember-focused communicator who is friendly, patient, and solutions-oriented.Proactive with a strong sense of urgency; treats each interaction as a chance to identify needs and recommend helpful products and services.Tech-comfortable and eager to promote digital banking adoption.Team player who can adjust priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.Embodies PSCU’s Member Ready mindset—professional, prepared, and service-driven.What You’ll DoDeliver exceptional member service through accurate and friendly in-person, phone, and digital supportProcess daily teller transactions, including cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfersOpen and maintain deposit accounts including checking, savings, certificates, IRAs, business accounts, and safe deposit boxesAssist members with debit and credit card needs, including activation, PIN resets, disputes, and replacements.Support members experiencing fraud or dispute situations and follow established resolution proceduresAssist with incoming wire transfer instructions and ensure timely, accurate processingOriginate and process consumer loans and assist members with HELOC applications and documentationProactively educate members about products, services, and digital banking tools to support their financial goalsMaintain compliance with credit union policies, regulations, and security proceduresSupport team needs and branch staffing by working at both PSCU locations as requiredWhat Success Looks LikeProviding accurate, timely service with a positive attitudeDemonstrating proactive member outreach and product educationMaintaining accuracy in transactions, documentation, and lending supportContributing to a productive, collaborative, Member Ready cultureSupporting members and teammates with flexibility and professionalismWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent required2+ years of financial services or cash-handling experience preferredConsumer lending experience preferredWorking knowledge of HELOC processes is a plusStrong communication skills and a passion for member serviceComfort with technology and willingness to support digital banking toolsAbility to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentNMLS eligibility & Notary eligibilityLocation & ScheduleTypical Schedule Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:45 am - 5:15 pm, rotating Saturdays 8:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.Status: Full-Time, Non-ExemptLocation: On-site at PSCU branch location(s)Starting Salary: $24.00 per hour & up, depending on experienceThe Benefits*Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision, Life, and Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance – all paid 100% for employees.Health Savings Account.Flexible Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay.401(k) with employer match.Casual dress code of logo shirts with jeans.PSCU banking privileges for you and your family.…and more!All programs subject to review and change.
