Senior ASPICE Assessor

Collaborating across fast-paced automotive programs, the full-time Senior ASPICE Assessor will conduct assessments, mentor teams, and communicate findings to senior leadership while utilizing AI-assisted tools for process improvement in a remote or onsite setting. Key responsibilitiesCarry out and assist with ASPICE and HW SPICE assessments across engineering disciplines Facilitate structured workshops with development teams to present findings and prioritize improvements Communicate assessment status, trends, and risks to senior leadership, preparing briefings for informed decision-makingRequired qualificationsStrong knowledge of Automotive SPICE PAM 4.0 and experience in ASPICE assessments 10+ years of relevant experience in engineering or a related field BS or MS in engineering or equivalent experience Intacs Automotive SPICE Provisional Assessor certification; Competent Assessor preferred Familiarity with ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, and ISO 8800 standards
