Propulsion Test Engineer - San FranciscoOverview We're looking for an experienced engineer to take full ownership of cutting-edge high-pressure fluid and gas systems. You'll operate within a fast-paced, extreme-autonomy environment, with hands-on responsibility for novel hardware and systems-level engineering.Core Responsibilities Execute testing of high-pressure gas and fluid systems. Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot pressurized test setups. Support design and assembly of test hardware and fluid systems. Integrate sensors, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems. Perform test runs, collect and analyze data. Maintain test procedures, logs, and safety documentation.Qualifications 2–5 years in test, lab, or hardware-focused engineering roles. Experience with pressurized gas or fluid systems. Familiarity with instrumentation and data acquisition tools. Exposure to safety-critical environments is a plus.Additional Attributes Strong hands-on and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with solid documentation habits.
