We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Partnerships Manager specializing in fertility sales to join our team. The Partnership Manager will develop and manage strategic partnerships with fertility clinics, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders to drive sales and increase market share. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, relationship-building skills, and industry knowledge to promote our products and services effectively.
Job Description
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration within the fertility industry.
Build and manage partnerships by identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with fertility clinics, reproductive endocrinologists, OB/GYNs, and other health professionals to drive referrals and sales.
Educate partners on our products, services, and treatment protocols through presentations, training sessions, and marketing materials to ensure effective promotion and utilization.
Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion, using CRM tools to track progress and forecast performance.
Keep informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and differentiation.
Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and customer support teams to develop promotional materials, resolve customer issues, and optimize the customer experience.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance visibility, build relationships, and generate leads.
Achieve sales targets, meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual goals while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the fertility or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of fertility treatments, procedures, and patient pathways.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) including IVF, IUI, and other fertility treatments.
Existing network within the fertility industry, including partnerships with clinics and reproductive specialists.
Experience with consultative selling methodologies, especially in healthcare or medical device sectors.
Advanced clinical or scientific background in nursing, embryology, reproductive endocrinology, or related fields.
Additional Information
Fertility experience is required.
Additional Physical Job Requirements
This position requires occasional travel. You must be able to sit for extended periods on airplanes or in vehicles, lift and carry luggage independently, navigate airports, and adjust to different time zones and climates. Physical requirements include prolonged computer use, moderate repetitive motions, and lifting up to 20 pounds. Effective verbal, auditory, and visual communication is essential for performing job functions.

Salary And Benefits
Base Salary Range: $148,000 - $185,000
Commission Range: $63,429 - $79,286
Travel: Yes – Required up to 30% of the time
Location Requirement: Employment is limited to individuals residing in the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington (WA), and Wisconsin.
