Associate General Counsel

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the San Francisco Bay Area for an Associate General Counsel. In this position, you will provide legal advice and counsel on a variety of matters, including labor and employment, data privacy, corporate governance, and compliance. You will draft, negotiate, and review legal documents, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist in implementing corporate policies. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide strategic guidance to minimize legal risks, and represent the organization in legal and regulatory proceedings when required. Qualifications Strong expertise in Labor and Employment Law, with experience advising organizations on employee relations and labor compliance.Proficiency in addressing Data Privacy concerns, including regulatory compliance and related legal frameworks.Experience providing Legal Advice to business units on various corporate matters and drafting agreements.Knowledge of Corporate Governance principles, practices, and policy implementation.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with a state bar.Experience within the healthcare industry or working with value-based care organizations is a plus.
