If you're ready to build something that makes a difference, be part of a team that protects what matters most.What You'll Do:The Rotational Molding Operator is responsible for setting up and operating rotational molding machines to produce high-quality plastic containers and custom products while supporting daily manufacturing operations.Operate rotational molding machines with minimal supervisionFollow written and verbal work instructions and manufacturing proceduresSet up and service molds while monitoring machine controls and product qualityPerform secondary operations on molded products as neededUse powered and manual hand tools, hoists, gantries, and production equipmentRead basic blueprints and manufacturing work ordersMaintain quality standards and production recordsKeep work areas and equipment clean, organized, and safeAssist with training and sharing technical knowledge with team membersWhat We're Looking For:Ability to follow safety procedures and manufacturing guidelinesExperience operating machinery and production equipmentStrong attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentTeam-oriented with strong communication skillsOne year of plastic molding or similar machine operation experience preferredWhat You May Be Doing:Standing, walking, bending, crouching, and repetitive hand/wrist movements throughout the shiftLifting and moving up to 40 lbsWorking flexible hours, overtime, evenings, and weekends as neededOperating around manufacturing equipment and production machinery dailyWhat's In It For You:Join a company that truly values its employees! Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this position is listed below. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
