On the morning of April 12, 2023, the world lost a bright light far too soon. Matthew passed away unexpectedly at the age of 19, in his freshman year at Cornell University due to a ruptured brain aneurysm. Matthew was an elite academic, an accomplished runner, and an active member of clubs and student government here at Marlboro High School. Matt was also a supporter of the local community as a volunteer EMT. The scholarship bearing his name will go to the student that most embodies the things important to Matt, academic excellence, and service at both the school and community levels.
