Vice President Investment Banking

Seeking a highly driven and execution-focused Vice President of Investment Banking! This role is heavily transaction-oriented, with approximately 90% of time dedicated to live deal execution and 10% to pitching/business development. The VP will play a critical role in managing multiple deals simultaneously, overseeing analysts and associates, and serving as a key liaison between clients and senior leadership.Responsibilities:Lead execution of 3–5 concurrent M&A, capital raise, and strategic advisory transactionsManage day-to-day deal processes, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and client communicationsOversee and mentor analysts and associates, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient workflowCoordinate with legal, accounting, and other external advisors throughout transaction lifecyclesPrepare and review CIMs, pitch materials, management presentations, and investor communicationsQualifications:5–8+ years of experience in investment banking or a related transactional roleStrong M&A execution experience with a proven ability to manage multiple deals simultaneouslyAdvanced financial modeling and valuation skillsDemonstrated leadership experience managing junior team membersExcellent communication and client-facing skillsBenefits:Highly competitive compensation structure with significant upsidePerformance-driven bonus (targeting up to 100% of base) plus additional incentivesDirect exposure to senior leadership and clientsHigh deal flow and meaningful transaction responsibility
