Skills Required: Generalist ortho surgery Hospital Bed size: 25 inpatient Medical Center Requirements Active DEA Active MN License or IMLC would consider licensing if provider can get the temp MN License Board Certified No New Grads $200 hotel clearance per night Support Staff 2 APPs 1 Orthopedic Assistant 3 Athletic Trainers 3 LPNs EMR EPIC Credentialing 60-90 days temps available if clean background and no gaps in work history
