PositionThe Strategic Change Manager supports the Head of Strategic Change Management in advancing Rockefeller Capital Management's enterprise change management capability within the Rockefeller Global Family Office (RGFO). This role is responsible for driving the execution and adoption of strategic initiatives, technology implementations, process enhancements, and operating model changes impacting Private Advisor teams and key internal partners.
Acting as a key extension of the enterprise change function, this role represents the end user perspective and applies structured change management disciplines to ensure firm initiatives achieve sustained adoption and intended business outcomes. The Strategic Change Manager partners closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Training, and Field Leadership to embed change planning and adoption into delivery execution.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the Head of Strategic Change Management in implementing and scaling Rockefeller Capital Management's enterprise change management standards, governance, and best practices across RGFO.
Execute change management activities for strategic initiatives, technology releases, process redesigns, policy changes, and operating model shifts.
Represent the voice of Private Advisors and end users across initiatives, translating complex change into clear, practical impacts and benefits.
Ensure initiatives include structured change impact assessments, adoption strategies, and success metrics in alignment with enterprise standards.
Partner with Product Management, Technology, Project Management, Operations, Compliance, Training, and Field Leadership to embed change planning, readiness, and reinforcement into delivery timelines.
Develop and execute stakeholder impact assessments, readiness evaluations, communication plans, training strategies, and reinforcement approaches tailored by audience.
Coordinate sequencing of initiatives to manage cumulative change and mitigate advisor and field change fatigue.
Apply standards for user centric change communications, including messaging, cadence, timing, and delivery channels.
Track adoption and usage metrics, partnering with Analytics and Product teams to connect adoption outcomes to business results and return on investment.
Surface adoption insights, risks, and optimization opportunities to the Head of Strategic Change Management and initiative leaders.
Act as a change advisor to initiative owners and sponsors, reinforcing effective change leadership and sponsorship behaviors.
Contribute to building sustainable enterprise change capability across RGFO and the broader organization.
Qualifications7+ years of experience in change management, business or technology transformation, organizational effectiveness, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated success supporting complex, multi stakeholder initiatives in a matrixed environment.
Experience within wealth management or financial services environments strongly preferred.
Familiarity with advisor centric operating models is a plus.
Experience partnering with Product, Technology, Project or Program Management teams.
Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation RangeThe anticipated base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $150,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
