Job Title :-Validation EngineerLocation:-Dayton OH(Onsite)Duration :-12 months plus extensionsPay Rate Range :- $60-80 /hr on W2This role spearheads the validation of advanced IMUs and sensing solutions used in sophisticated off-highway equipment. The position bridges the gap between digital design and physical performance, ensuring that electronic systems perform reliably in demanding real-world environments.Role OverviewThe Lead Electronic Verification & Validation Engineer owns planning, coordination, and execution of verification and validation for IMUs, angle sensors, and related electronic sensing systems. The role ensures products meet performance, reliability, and quality expectations using structured, risk-based validation practices.Key ResponsibilitiesValidation Planning and Strategy Develop and maintain DVP&R plans Translate requirements, risks, and FMEA outputs into validation strategies Define acceptance criteria and ensure validation coverageTest Execution and Coordination Plan validation across simulation, lab, HIL, environmental, and field testing Coordinate with internal teams and external testing resources Ensure test readiness and quality executionEvaluation, Reporting, and Release Support Review validation results for accuracy and traceability Provide technical feedback and recommendations Support product release decisions based on validation outcomesCross-functional Leadership Work with mechanical, electrical, firmware, and systems teams Align validation plans with schedules and resources Improve validation workflows and consistencyLogistics Location: Dayton, Ohio Travel: 10%Skills And Experience Understanding of electronic product development Knowledge of validation methods and reliability engineering Familiarity with FMEA and risk-based validationPreferred Qualifications Experience with IMUs, MEMS sensors, or off-highway equipment Background in reliability or durability testing Hands-on lab or machine testing experienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field#INDPRO
