Maschoff Brennan is an intellectual property and complex litigation law firm with offices in Utah, California and New York.We have an immediate in office opening for an experienced Patent Prosecutor in our Utah, Orange County, San Francisco, or New York office. We are looking for a candidate with 2+ years of recent experience, including conducting invention disclosure meetings and preparing new applications in the electrical engineering or computer science areas.USPTO bar membership is required.
