🚀 Software Engineer | Prediction & GNC (RPO Lead)📍 LA | Hybrid/Remote considered for exceptional candidatesInnoForge are partnering with an exciting venture-backed space company that's building the next generation of autonomous spacecraft software.We're looking for an engineer who has real experience with Rendezvous & Proximity Operations (RPO), orbital estimation and prediction, and wants to own an entire technical capability from architecture through to deployment.You'll play a key role in developing advanced prediction, tracking and decision-making systems that enable autonomous spacecraft to operate in increasingly complex orbital environments.You'll be working on:• Owning the end-to-end RPO estimation and prediction capability• Developing real-time multi-object tracking and trajectory prediction algorithms• Building intent inference and threat assessment models• Designing high-performance software in C++ and Python• Working alongside autonomy, perception and simulation teams to shape the wider technical architectureWe're keen to speak with engineers who have experience in:Spacecraft GNCRendezvous & Proximity Operations (RPO)Orbital MechanicsKalman Filters, Bayesian Estimation or Particle FiltersModern C++ & PythonDelivering real flight or operational systemsThis is an opportunity to join a well-funded company solving genuinely difficult engineering challenges with a team that's pushing the boundaries of autonomous space operations.
