MoCap Financial Group is hiring a Team Leader to help grow and manage our sales floor.We specialize in:• MCA• SBA loans• Term loans• Business lines of credit• Asset-backed financingInfrastructure is already in place:• CRM• Dialers• Processing• Funding operations• Lender relationshipsWe’re looking for someone that can lead from the front, help develop reps, keep production moving, and bring strong energy to the floor.Responsibilities• Help manage day-to-day floor activity• Train and motivate reps• Live call coaching and objection handling• Maintain pipeline discipline and follow-up• Work alongside ownership to increase funded volume• Help create strong sales culture and accountabilityRequirements• MCA or business lending experience • Strong outbound sales mentality• Leadership mindset• Comfortable coaching reps in real time• Understands urgency, follow-up, and deal flow• In-office full time(Brooklyn NY)
