Job Description:Seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations professional to lead the migration and onboarding of a newly acquired newsletter business into an existing portal and marketing infrastructure.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Execute newsletter and portal migration activities from onboarding through launchBuild and configure marketing automation workflows, triggers, unsubscribe functions, and operational systemsSupport UTM tracking, portal functionality, and customer experience requirements alongside technical teamsManage data imports/exports and ensure migration accuracy and integrityMonitor email deliverability and domain health post-migrationBuild and maintain reporting using existing templates and frameworksEnsure operational consistency across portal-level and newsletter-specific systemsTrain internal stakeholders on workflows and operational processes after implementationProvide proactive project updates, timeline management, and status reporting throughout the engagementRequirements:Must-Haves:Strong Marketing Operations experienceHands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or MarketoExperience building workflows, automations, triggers, unsubscribe functions, and operational marketing systemsExperience collaborating with web developers or technical teamsStrong understanding of data migration, imports/exports, and operational workflowsHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage large datasets accuratelyStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and proactive status reporting skillsAbility to identify issues early and escalate risks appropriatelyComfortable working independently with minimal oversightStrong accountability and ownership mindsetNice-to-Haves:Experience with newsletter migrations or portal implementationsFamiliarity with CRM integrations and marketing systems architectureExperience monitoring email deliverability and domain healthExperience training internal teams on operational workflowsExperience supporting publication or newsletter operationsBackground working in fast-paced digital media or content environments
