Medical Center is seeking a Digestive Health Physician--Join 5 other employed GI?s and 3 NPs--Full time position ? Monday thru Friday--36 Patient Contact Hours ? 4 Admin Hours/week--1:4 Call (will go to 1:5) ? Consult Only Service - No Admissions--Consults and rounding a done by the physician on call.--75/25 split on lab/endoscopy vs clinic--11 - 12 Patients per day for procedures; 20-25 per physician seen in the clinic--Each physician has their own designated RN for support--5000+ cases per year in the endoscopy area ? 500 inpatient/4500 outpatient--150+ ERCP and 200+ EUS annually and volume continues to grow--Candidates can do general GI practice, but there is also demand for ERCP and EUSprocedures/advanced endoscopy--Currently 4 procedure rooms and 8 holding rooms (pre and post operative area)--Scopes ?
