Personal Assistant to UHNW CEO
Global company in NYC is hiring a Personal Assistant to support the CEO/UHNWI. This role is hybrid. 3-4 days a week onsite.Responsibilities:Deliver 24/7 support to principal and be available when needed (could include evenings, weekends and holidays)Securing prime reservations to New York City’s exclusive restaurants and members-only venues.Booking and coordinating VIP nightlife experiences and private eventsPlan extensive global travel and handle all logistics.Liaise with household and personal staffManage and track expensesRequirements: 5+ years of experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth individualsAbility to secure hard-to-access reservationsStrong familiarity with NYC’s restaurants and eventA 24/7 service mindsetBachelor's degree is requiredExperience with both executive assistant and personal assistance requiredMust have extensive travel booking experienceExperience working in an office environment
