Key Responsibilities: Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities and routines Help with diapering and bathroom breaks in accordance with school policies and hygiene standards Support children during snack and lunch times, including setting up and cleaning up Participate in and assist with art projects, crafts, and hands-on activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Supervise children to ensure safety and well-being at all times Foster a warm, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for children and fellow staff Follow Montessori principles and guidance from lead teachers Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
