Spring Mill Pointe is seeking a full-time Med Tech to join our team! Details: Schedule: Full TimePayrate: $18-$20 Shift: 7pm-7amThe Med Tech is responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care". Ensures a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the residents daily life rhythm. Develops assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeps each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.A day in the life may look likeProvides resident care, including administering medications and documenting each treatmentMaintain communication with doctors, laboratory, pharmacy, and residents' families concerning resident carePromotes and protects the rights of each residentTo be successful in the role, you would have:Current Med Tech certificationCurrent CPR certification is a plusPrior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute careWhat's in it for you?
