Job Overview
2nd Shift - Monday - Friday; some Saturdays; 1:00pm to 9:00pm
3rd Shift - Sunday - Thursday; some Fridays; 9:00pm to 5:00am
Member of the manufacturing team is responsible for the production of various eyewear products.
Responsibilities
Ability to adhere to safety guidelines .
Ability to work as part of a team to meet hourly goals
Ability to work schedule as assigned
Works in various production areas and operations
·Operates equipment within the production area(s) – as required ·
Ability to use hand tools, and pneumatic tools
May be assigned to different workstations as production needs require or shift from one station to another to reduce fatigue factor
· Manual Dexterity and Simple Assembly of Parts.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during all assembly activities.
English Aptitude Ability to read write and understand English (i.e. Safety Protocols, Operating Procedures, Labels and other Instructions)
Responsible for keeping workstation(s) cleaned and in an organized manner
Requirements
MUST have HS diploma or GED
MUST be able to stand and move for 8-12 hours a day
MUST be able to lift up to 50 pounds
MUST be able to work 90 days without any absences
MUST be detail oriented
MUST be able to pass a drug test
MUST be able to pass a background check
MUST have reliable transportation
