Engineering Technician

*Engineering Senior Technician* *Location: Edison, NJ* *Schedule: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM* *Work Mode: Onsite / Facility* *Dress Code: Boiler Room Attire* Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Engineering Senior Technician to monitor boiler room and chiller operations, maintain facility temperature records, and respond to maintenance requests as needed. Key Responsibilities * Monitor boiler room operations and equipment. * Monitor and record boiler room and facility temperatures. * Take temperature readings throughout the facility. * Monitor chiller systems and related equipment. * Respond to maintenance requests, including after-hours requests as required. * Identify and report equipment or operational issues. * Perform routine monitoring and documentation activities. * Follow facility safety procedures and operational guidelines. * Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Qualification * *Active Black Seal Boiler License* is required. * Experience monitoring *boilers and/or chillers*. * Ability to monitor equipment and respond appropriately to maintenance needs. Desired Skills * Basic computer skills. * Good communication and record-keeping skills. * Ability to work independently and respond to facility needs.
