What Youll Do Develop and executestrategic sourcing plansfor assigned categories Performspend analysis, market research, and supplier evaluations LeadRFP processes , vendor selection, and contract negotiations Manage supplier relationships and drivecontinuous improvement & cost savings Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business needs Leadlarge-scale procurement initiativesacross multiple teams Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues proactively Ensure contracts are compliant with corporate standards Deliver presentations to senior leadership on sourcing outcomes and strategy ???? What Were Looking For 57 years of sourcing/procurement experience Strong experience incategory management and strategic sourcing Proven success managingRFPs, negotiations, and vendor relationships Experience leadingcross-functional projects and program rollouts Strong analytical skills (spend analysis, cost optimization) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) ?
