Commercial/Residential HVAC Technician

Job Description We are seeking an experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and capable of working independently in the field.Responsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipmentDiagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system issuesService rooftop units, split systems, and package unitsCheck refrigerant levels, test controls, replace components, and verify system performanceRead and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manualsComplete service reports and maintain accurate work ordersCommunicate with customers and provide professional serviceFollow all safety procedures and company standardsParticipate in an on-call rotation for emergency serviceQualifications:5+ years of commercial HVAC/Refrigeration experienceEPA Universal Certification (required)Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving recordStrong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and manage service callsAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work on rooftops and laddersStrong communication and customer service skillsCompany Description Family owned and operated for over 23 years, Texas Industrial Air Services LLC has been providing honest service and savings for our customers.
