As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in representing our company and engaging with customers. Your responsibilities will include promoting our brand by distributing flyers, assisting customers with the app process, and providing support with their grocery shopping needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong commitment to customer service
Responsibilities:
Promote the Brand:
Distribute flyers and promotional materials to potential customers. Highlighting weekly specials and price drops.
Engage with individuals to explain the benefits of our products/services
Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Assist with the App Process:
Help customers download, set up, and navigate our mobile app.
Provide demonstrations and answer questions regarding app features and functionality.
Troubleshoot any issues customers may encounter with the app.
Support with Grocery Shopping:
Provide information on product options and answer questions about items.
Help with the packing and carrying of groceries as needed.
Assist in various positions as needed.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and interact with a diverse customer base.
Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using mobile apps and technology. Ability to assist customers with app-related inquiries.
Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with colleagues.
Dependability: Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights up to 25 lbs.
