Junior Cloud Engineer

They empower businesses with robust infrastructure and innovative cloud solutions.The Role Respond to incoming cloud infrastructure issues and perform initial troubleshooting and triage Collect and analyze system logs, network traces, and filesystem information Use Red Hat Linux skills to perform basic LVM and filesystem operations and analyze syslog Work with application owners and customers to gather information for troubleshooting reported issues Open and manage support cases with cloud providers such as AWS and Azure Develop and maintain basic automation scripts using Bash, Python, and AnsibleWhat You'll Need 1-3 years of IT experience with hands-on cloud infrastructure administration and operational support Hands-on exposure to AWS and Azure core services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Security, Backup & Restore) Red Hat Linux administration experience including LVM, filesystem management, and syslog analysis Basic to intermediate experience with Python, Bash, and Ansible for scripting and automation Familiarity with AI tools or assistants for troubleshooting and log analysis is a plus A hands-on mindset, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn new technologiesWhat's On Offer Opportunity to support a highly critical production environment Work closely with senior infrastructure engineers Develop cloud infrastructure and operations skills Exposure to leading-edge cloud and automation technologiesApply via Haystack today!
