As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage your consulting background or industry expertise to manage the daily activities of high-performing, interdisciplinary teams to develop dynamic analytical, financial and operational solutions for our clients. You will partner with Managing Directors and Senior Managing Directors to manage projects and be accountable for project scope as well as coordinating multiple work streams to deliver a successful, timely outcome for our clients. You will interact and work primarily with senior management and teams, assessing, analyzing and leveraging operational and financial data to solve complex business issues for our clients.What You'll DoPerform the day-to-day activities of projects including interaction with client personnel and FTI team membersWork with relational database programs (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Access, etc.), FTI tools and templates to assess and quantify the areas of healthcare industry and/or analytic focusComplete work across the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as other relational database platforms to create analyses and client facing materialsApply qualitative and quantitative skills to various engagementsArticulate our findings to client and to assist in strategic planning of ongoing engagementsMaintain detailed work paper records of assumptions, methodologies, and information sources employed during the performance of all analytical tasksAssist with internal practice development activities as directedHow You'll GrowWe are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities.
