About the Float Team opportunity: Full time, or part-time with a regular or flexible weekday schedule. The clinician provides coverage for PCHC providers on leave/vacation/sick/CME. No regular panel management responsibility. Weekday outpatient clinic only. No weekends. No inpatient. For a Float full-time schedule: 4 clinic days; 1 admin day Float part-time schedules may be created to meet the schedule needs of provider and PCHC Clinic hours: Mon-Wed-Fri 8:30-5:00; Tues & Thurs 12:00-8:00 pm Float providers are members of PCHCs clinician team. The internal Float team was established in 2018 and is an integral part of our ability to enhance patient access.
