If these values resonate with you, read on!About the jobThe Ecommerce Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive online sales and growth. This role encompasses overseeing daily operations, managing product lifecycle and online catalogs, optimizing website performance and customer experience, and leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will drive sales and revenue growth while fostering a data-driven culture. This position reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer. This is an on-site position in Park City, Utah with the potential for one day per week of hybrid work.Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce strategies aligned with overall business objectives.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.Work closely with CEO and CTO on critical tasks for the eCommerce teamSet and manage eCommerce KPIs and performance metrics and make recommendations to the CTO on process improvements.Communicate eCommerce performance and strategic initiatives through regular, insightful reports to CTO. Oversee daily eCommerce operations.Optimize daily workloads through data analysis.Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions across various online platforms.Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as supply chain and sales, to achieve business goals.Identify opportunities and implement process improvements.Optimize website visibility through SEO best practices.Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.Qualifications:We seek a seasoned eCommerce Manager with proven expertise in driving growth through Magento platform management.This role demands a data-driven individual with a proven track record in driving eCommerce success through strategic management, digital marketing acumen, and customer-centric initiatives.Requires a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing eCommerce platforms, preferred Magento and eBay.Proficient in analyzing and leveraging metrics and KPIs.Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.Demonstrated success in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.Comprehensive understanding of product catalogs and their role in driving online sales.Proven ability to improve customer experience through effective product catalog managementEducation / Certifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or relevant experience.Proven leadership and management experience in the eCommerce industry.Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement within the eCommerce department.Benefits:We offer competitive compensation packages and a comprehensive benefits plan, including:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401KHealthcare FSA & Dependent Care FSAPaid Time Off & Paid HolidaysProfessional Growth and Development Opportunities
