Laborer/Operator

Job Overview We are seeking highly motivated and goal-oriented individuals for a Laborer/Operator role, interested in growing with our team. Duties Work independently and/or with other team members. Provide professional quality work. Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service. Perform routine inspections on equipment, clean and maintain, to ensure optimal performance and safety. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to company standards for cleanliness. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to equipment operation. Fill out job tickets describing work accomplished for each job. Experience Previous experience in a labor or operator role is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Familiarity with operating machinery or tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Must pass pre-employment drug test and random drug screens. Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record. While not absolutely required, the ability to pass an extensive back ground check is ideal.
