Position Title: District Campus Operations DirectorPosition Type: Salaried/ Annualized/ ExemptPosition Hours: Full-time extended workdays, occasional Saturdays, and frequent travelLength of Term/Employment: 223 workdays / At-willReports to: Chief of StaffLocation: San Antonio, Texas (District Office)Performance GoalsADA (Average Daily Attendance): Maintaining a district average of 96% or higher.Enrollment: Achieving 100% of budgeted enrollment targets by "Snapshot Date."Customer Service: Achieving high scores on annual Parent Satisfaction Surveys.Compliance: Zero significant findings on annual TEA attendance or enrollment audits.Position MissionThe District Campus Operations Director is a senior leadership role responsible for the operational health, financial sustainability, and family experience of all Jubilee Academy campuses. This role moves beyond tactical support to strategic oversight, directly managing the district-level teams responsible for the "lifecycle of a student"—from initial recruitment and enrollment to daily attendance and long-term family retention.As a Director, you will bridge the gap between districts' strategy and campus-level execution, ensuring that Assistant Principals of Operations (APOs) and Deans of Culture (DOC) meet rigorous performance benchmarks.Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership & ManagementCampus Level: Directly supervise and evaluate Assistant Principals of Operations (APOs) or Deans of Culture (DOCs), campus front office, and campus registrars.Conduct weekly 1:1 check-ins and performance evaluations based on data-driven KPIs (Enrollment, ADA, and Customer Service scores).Standardize high-quality front office protocols to ensure every visitor, parent, and student experiences a professional and welcoming environment.Conduct regular "campus walks" to audit operational efficiency, Attendance & ADA OptimizationDirect the District Attendance Coordinator in the auditing and monitoring of Average Daily Attendance (ADA) across all campuses.Design and implement a district-wide Attendance Intervention Framework to combat chronic absenteeism and maximize state funding.Ensure absolute compliance with the Texas Education Data Standards (TEDS) and PEIMS reporting requirements. Family Engagement & "The Jubilee Experience"Create and mandate a standardized Family Engagement System that includes parent academies, volunteer programs, and feedback loops.Oversee the "Front Office Excellence" initiative, ensuring every campus provides concierge-level customer service to families.Serve as the final district-level point of contact for complex parent concerns and community relations.Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education Leadership, or a related field (Master's preferred).Experience: 5+ years of experience in school operations or district-level management, specifically within a Texas Charter School environment.Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Texas-specific SIS platforms (e.g. Ascender) and PEIMS reporting.Leadership: Proven track record of managing multiple sites and leading teams of middle managers.Communication: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred to serve Jubilee's diverse demographic.Working ConditionsMental/Physical Demands/Environmental FactorsMaintain emotional composure and professionalism under stressFrequent standing, movement, and event participationOccasional lifting and handling of school materials or equipmentExtended hours during peak seasons or events may be requiredOther RequirementsAdhere to Jubilee staff dress code and policiesMaintain professional working relationships across campus and districtStay current with developments in education and CCMR practicesSubmit required reports and documentation in a timely mannerThis job description is not intended and should not be construed to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or working conditions associated with this job.Charter & Community ResponsibilitiesConvey the charter's mission to the public and encourage support in accomplishing the mission.Illustrate understanding of Charter and community needs and begin activities to meet those needs.Demonstrate use of productive and efficient skills to raise community and parent involvement.Actively participate in student recruitment efforts.
