Project Manager

Project Managers are directly responsible for one or more architectural project teams to ensure successful completion of projects from design drawings to the constructed building. We implement BRW standards and processes, track project schedule and budget, and coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders to lead the high performance of our project teams. We support the Principals in providing the highest standard of service to our Clients to maximize repeat business.Day-to-day, your role includes:Project Manager in the San Francisco Civic StudioFocused strength in creating and producing successful projects in thePublic Safety and additional civic building typesDirect communication with Client project representativesImplement a project work plan following BRW's project management processGenerate and track project schedules and deliverable requirementsMonitor project fee budgets and job costsCoordinate production and quality reviews of Contract DocumentsProactively communicate with project team consultantsOversee the performance of architectural staff team membersClearly and consistently communicate team roles, responsibilities, and schedulesCheck-in with team members to maintain engagement, job satisfaction, retention, and role development
