Medical Biller

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for submitting medical claims to insurance companies and ensuring timely reimbursement. **Duties:** - Review and verify accuracy of billing and coding - Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies - Follow up on unpaid claims - Resolve billing issues and discrepancies - Maintain patient billing records - Utilize knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and collection practices **Experience:** - Previous experience in medical billing or related field - Proficiency in medical office systems and software - Knowledge of medical coding (ICD-9, DRG) - Familiarity with medical records management - Strong attention to detail and accuracy **Skills:** - Medical office experience - Proficient in medical coding - Knowledge of medical terminology - Experience with medical collection processes - Understanding of coding systems (ICD-9, DRG) - Familiarity with medical billing procedures - Ability to work with electronic health record systems Join our team as a Medical Biller to contribute to the efficient operation of our healthcare facility while expanding your skills in medical billing and coding.
