You will be the go-to expert for maintaining and enhancing our Forecasting & ALM model, partnering with in-country FP&A and Treasury teams to deliver insights that drive smarter decisions and stronger financial outcomes.In This Role You WillOwn and maintain the gold-source Forecasting & ALM models for assigned country/countries, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reporting cyclesLead input gathering, output validation, and model updates in collaboration with in-country FP&A and Treasury teamsCollaborate with the Treasury team to forecast funding assumptions and assess their impact on ALM and interest rate risk metricsProvide in-depth analysis to support the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO) reporting of interest rate and liquidity risksAnalyze budget variances and communicate key trends and performance driversBuild scalable, repeatable models and processes that reduce manual effort and improve data integrityIdentify opportunities to automate processes and enhance business outcomesCollaborate cross-functionally to align assumptions and challenge inputs constructivelyQualificationsFamiliarity with SAS for financial modelingProficiency in Access and SQL or similar query tools, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office suiteDemonstrated ability to identify and automate repetitive tasks and improve processesStrong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insightsComfortable working across culturally diverse teams and adapting to varied stakeholder needsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Power BI or other data visualization toolsFamiliarity with Python or R for financial modeling or automationProgress toward CFA, MBA, or Master’s degree in a relevant field0–2 years programming in SAS, Python, or R (preferred)#GMFJobs
