Store Manager Responsibilities:Daily OperationsMaintain daily store operations and address customer or team member questions and concerns. ScheduleManagers are regularly scheduled to work a 40-hour week, Monday thru Friday. Schedule and hours are subject to change based on store coverage needs. Team ManagementLead and motivate a small team of employees to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service. Includes hiring, scheduling, and supervising. ComplianceEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Inventory ControlManage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, merchandising, and controlling shrink. Sales GoalsAchieve and exceed sales goals. Additional DutiesPerform additional store manager and merchandising duties as needed. Store Manager Skills:Customer ServiceExcellent customer service skills to enhance the customer experience. CommunicationGood communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. OrganizationStrong organizational abilities to manage tasks and prioritize effectively. Attention to DetailKeen attention to detail in tasks and operations. AdaptabilityAbility to adapt to change and understand the bigger picture. MultitaskingCapable of multitasking while working independently. Physical StaminaAbility to be on feet for most of the day. Technical SkillsBasic computer knowledge. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams preferred. Industry ExperienceTobacco store or tobacco sales experience is preferred but not required.
