Those without a security clearance will not be considered.**The Contractor shall architect, build, maintain, and evolve systems to match existing and evolving tradecraft, at the development pace needed to support mission needs for automated collection of open-source content.The Contractor Shall Provide The FollowingAssist the Sponsor with achieving continuous deployment as part of service delivery by managing and balancing the velocity, quality, and stability of the production environment and capturing metrics that include, but are not limited to, deployment frequency, lead-time, availability, time to restore, and change failure rate.Provide configuration management support to the Sponsor, to include identification, control, status accounting, and auditing. The Contractor shall assist the Sponsor with developing and refining a quality CM approach and implement CM control processes according to Sponsor priorities.Build in authentication processes and standards to include non-OSN user access. The Contractor shall build in resiliency features, including loss detection, recovery, and multimedia stream failover.Integrate collection capabilities with other Sponsor environments. This includes worldwide tv/radio broadcast collection technical boundaries and interfaces.Support the acquisition and integration of commercial and emerging technologies.
