Data Management 2This is not a remote opportunity, candidates must be onsite in Katy TX (Houston area). On call support for DW applications which is on GCP Big Query. Hands on experience working on GCP cloud projects in the areas of data engineering. Expertise in GCP, Cloud Composer, Big Query. Ability to lead a technical solution discussion on the GCP Big Query. Must have handled projects using ETL/Data pipeline and orchestration tools – Cloud composer. Monitor jobs and fix any issues for data loads. Familiar with scheduling one of the scheduling tools. Expertise in SQL scripts using BigQuery syntax. Performance tuning of BigQuery SQL scripts. Engineer data engineering solution on GCP using Cloud BigQuery. Analyze the data issues and suggest the solutions. Strong knowledge in SQL. Work with multiple teams to coordinate during the oncall production support to resolve any issues. Expertise in working with complex SQL datasets and building SQL scripts using BigQuery syntax. Good communication skills. Job location: Primary: USTXKTYC01-Katy - TX USA, CLT Alternate: .
