11-5 daily M-F Fulltime available as well. *Overview* We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks within the restaurant or café environment, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations. *Responsibilities* - Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system. - Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and food safety standards. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms. - Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices. - Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. - Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. *Skills* - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts. - Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Aloha POS or similar platforms. - Knowledge of food safety practices in a restaurant or café setting. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed. - Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment is a plus but not required.
