The schedule will consist of three 12-hour night shifts each week. Candidates will work with patients experiencing a range of cardiac-related issues. The preferred patient ratio is 1:6. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required based on unit needs. Floating within units of equivalent or lower levels of acuity may also be necessary. The role requires expertise in accessing and managing various medical devices and protocols. Candidates should have experience with telemetry monitoring and managing cardiac patients. The ability to perform phlebotomy, care for central lines, and administer medications is essential. Knowledge of CVA, respiratory management, and wound care procedures is highly valuable. Interdisciplinary support will be available from various healthcare professionals. Candidates will be expected to participate in ongoing education and training initiatives.
